Spoon diet means that you can eat food only with a spoon. In this diet, you eat less and lose more. In my opinion, if you want to try this diet, you can eat with a spoon some light and healthy food as for example- some soupy dishes.

People try this diet because of calories which are present in baby food item in less amount only ranges to 20 to 100 calories.
